Some people have found that it doesn’t work as well on carpets, but it’s just as good as the more expensive options on hardwood and smooth floors. That could be because some of the newer purchases didn’t include a carpet roller, only a hardwood roller. If you want to use this for carpet, make sure it comes with that roller.
